As the only virtual asset hedge fund in Hong Kong to have received threes times of approvals from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for an uplift in asset management license, Fore Elite Capital has distributed dividends 16 times since 2018.  CEO Ye Yizhou stated that this will be the fund's last cash dividend for 2025. 

Starting in April 2025, the Company’s flagship fund will open for external fundraising for the first time. The Company is about to celebrate its eighth anniversary and is also entering its fourth year of officially holding a virtual asset license from the Hong Kong SFC. Mr. Ye mentioned that the Company's next phase will focus on collaborating with private banks and other fund distribution channels to provide compliant virtual asset fund products for investors.
